Happy Post

This is a happy post cause I wanted to  share some happiness. When I started the blog I mentioned how I was stuck in a rut professionally and needed to make some changes. The big news is that I have a new job,  professionally excellent and  its a big move getting me closer to my dream role. I have never confessed but I am ambitious and power and the corner glass room excites me. For a while I have been lazy and the fire within had kind off quitened but with this news its back again in full blaze. I am enjoying some last quite moments in my present job so I am fully charged for the new challenge. The other happiness is weight wise I have dropped another 2 kgs so I am getting closer to my goal weight slowly .I was so thrilled to se the scale move, alas the hardwork is paying off. Diet Plan

All weight loss programs fail due to diet. " You cannot keep shoveling the same crap into your mouth every day and expect to loose weight.”  Skinny Bitch . When I got pregnant I stopped worrying about what I ate worst still I continued doing so after the birth as well. Chocolates, ice-creams, chips, samosas, jalebis you name it and I ate it, all in the name of  pregnancy and child birth. One thing I would request all pregnant women is to watch what you eat while you are pregnant or you will end being the fat mummy that you loath being. I was size 0 before my wedding (all my life till the age of 30), reached a size 12 after the wedding and stayed there for 2 years, went back to a size 0 (workout, diet ) and stayed there till pregnancy. The crux is I haven’t it in me to be fit and to eat sensibly. This diet plan was created after reading a lot of diet books. I am huge fan of   Bipasha Basu, for those who don’t know her she is a Indian Movie Star.   Her being a star is not the reason I like her, it because of her killer body .   She I am sure has worked her ass to achieve it because when she joined the film Industry she wasn’t that fit, proff right here When she got into the whole fitness DVD thing I was among the first to buy her DVD. It was an amazing workout video on the same lines of Jillian Michaels.   So when she planned the release  of her second DVD Breakfree, I went and pre ordered it through Flipkart . It was my New Year gift and it arrived on the first so thankyou flipkart.   Now about Breakfree, so as I mentioned this is the second installment of the Love yourself series.
